Pre-race training continues at the World Championships

I have had a busy day today. Morning fitness a little bit harder today and then out on the water for 3 hours 45 mins. Great conditions, but it is hot. I am so glad that I am using Sun-sense factor 50 – it certainly gives great protection. Great to see all the other countries arriving and great to be sailing with the Hong Kong team today. It looks like it is ‘measurement day’ tomorrow – this is when all the boats are checked to ensure the comply with international standards and have not been modified in any way. Usually there is a lot of hanging about and in the midday sun. So probably little if any time on the water.
